Silver-plated flatware set (117 pieces) early 20th century, Art Nouveau. Delicate, classic "Rocaille Ruban" motif, decorated with ribbons and acanthus leaves, by the Parisian silversmith Apollo, hallmarked with the "Apollo" logo, a square with the lion and 100 for the quality of the silver plating. The knives are marked "Apollonox". Complete and luxurious, it is presented in its superb original 4-level case and includes everything needed to welcome and serve up to twelve guests in style. It includes : 12 table forks (21 cm); 12 dessert forks (18.5 cm); 12 soup spoons (21 cm); 12 dessert spoons (18.5 cm); 12 coffee spoons (14.5 cm); 12 table knives (25 cm); 12 dessert knives (20.5 cm); 12 fish forks (18.5 cm); 12 fish knives (21.5 cm) AND 9 serving pieces: 1 sugar tongs (13 cm); 1 ladle (32 cm); 1 serving spoon (26.5 cm); 2 salad servers (26 cm); 1 fish serving fork (24 cm); 1 fish serving peel (29 cm); 1 serving knife (31.5 cm); 1 serving fork (28 cm). Very good condition.

Beautiful oil on canvas painted in 1966 by the French artist Gaston Girault. It depicts the Notre-Dame de Grâce chapel in Honfleur. In 1023, Richard II, Duke of Normandy, asked that a chapel be built on the heights of Honfleur (Calvados), as an ex-voto. Since then, it has been dedicated to Notre-Dame de Grâce, patroness of Honfleur and its sailors. The canvas is dated and signed lower left. Very well framed.

Rare and magnificent suite of eleven champagne glasses from the Portieux crystal works in France, George Sand model. 19th century. Blue baluster foot, amber yellow bowl. In perfect condition. Each glass is a unique piece, hand-crafted by the artisan. French history has it that this model was a gift from Chopin to Georges Sand.
